(1)  A security camera test label that complies with regulation 39 of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2008 is taken to be written evidence of the most recent testing of a security camera system until the security camera system is tested in accordance with regulation 39 .

(2)  A video recording from a security camera system that, immediately before the commencement of these regulations, was downloaded and kept under Division 4 of Part 3 of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2008 is taken to have been downloaded and kept under Division 4 of Part 3 of these regulations.

(3)  A person who was a taximeter sealer, appointed under the Taxi Industry Regulations 2008 , immediately before the commencement of these regulations, is taken to be an authorised meter adjuster for the purposes of these regulations.

(4)  A person who was issued with sealing pliers in accordance with the Taxi Industry Regulations 2008 is taken to have been issued with those sealing pliers in accordance with these regulations.
