(1)  An authorised person may require any person he or she reasonably believes to be contravening a provision of these by-laws to state his or her full name and current residential address.

(2)  A person must not refuse to comply with subclause (1) .

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

(3)  A person must not give a false name or address.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
