Schedule 5 to the Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting after paragraph (a) in item 2A in Part 1 the following item:

(c) by omitting item 61 from Part 4 ;

1A.	Hypotrachyna immaculata	(Kurok.) Hale, Parmeliaceae

(f) by omitting item 2A from Part 7 and substituting the following items:
