(1)  The name of the Government department known as the Department of Education, Community and Cultural Development is changed to the Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development.

(2)  The Department of Vocational Education and Training is amalgamated with the Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

This order effects a restructuring of the State Service by changing the name of the Department of Education, Community and Cultural Development to the Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development and amalgamating the Department of Vocational Education and Training with the Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development.
