VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT (MANDATORY ALCOHOL INTERLOCK) REGULATIONS 2013 (S.R. 2013, NO. 50) - REG 5

Regulation 21 amended (Requirements by Registrar)

Regulation 21(4) of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
(ab) the applicant has met any pre-conditions necessary, in the Registrar's opinion, for the licence of the class sought by the applicant to be issued, if otherwise eligible; or
