VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT (PROBATIONARY LICENCES) REGULATIONS 2017 (S.R. 2017, NO. 114) - REG 5

Regulation 9 amended (Learner drivers)

Regulation 9(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) "learner licence; or" and substituting "learner licence." ;
(b) by omitting paragraphs (c) and (d) .
