Regulation 12 amended (Provisional licences)

Regulation 12(5)(a)(v) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Act" first occurring and substituting "Act, as in force before the commencement of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Probationary Licences) Act 2017 ," .
