VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT (GRADUATED LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 75) - REG 6

Regulation 10 amended (Learner licences)

Regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (4)(a) "3 years" and substituting "5 years" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (7) "an L2" and substituting "a" .
