VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 2021 (S.R. 2021, NO. 54) - REG 4

Regulation 173 amended (National heavy vehicle number plate fee)

Regulation 173 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting subregulation (4) and substituting the following subregulation:

(4) For the financial year ending 30 June 2022, the national heavy vehicle number plate fee is $26.10.
(b) by inserting in subregulation (6) "divided by the Australian CPI number for the December quarter in 2020" after "that financial year" .
