Regulation 122(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) "$20" and substituting "$25" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) "$12" and substituting "$15" .

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 by –

(a) extending, until 30 November 2017, the period during which the road safety levy is payable; and

(b) increasing that levy.
