VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT (VEHICLE STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2014 (S.R. 2014, NO. 72) - REG 4

Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation)

Regulation 3(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting "within the meaning of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 " after "(Tasmania)" in the definition of HVNL ;
(b) by omitting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2001 " from the definition of VSR and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 " .
