VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS 2010 (S.R. 2010, NO. 37) - REG 132
Waiver of fee for transfer of registration
The Registrar is to waive the fee for the transfer of registration where the
transferee is a person with disabilities who has attained the age of 16 years
and the transferor is the guardian of that person.
