PART 5 - Oversize and overmass vehicles Division 1 - Oversize and overmass vehicles Exemption of oversize and overmass vehicles

Subject to the conditions listed in clause 11 , regulations 10 , 11 , 13 , 14 and 22(7)(a) and (d) of the Vehicle Operations Regulations do not apply to a person using, or causing or permitting the use of, an oversize vehicle or overmass vehicle that is not a B-double or a truck and dog trailer combination.
