Division 4 - Special exemption for transport of hay
Exemption of vehicles or combinations carrying hay
Subject to the conditions listed in clause 18 , regulations 10 and 16(a)
of the Vehicle Operations Regulations do not apply to a person using, or
causing or permitting the use of, a motor vehicle or combination carrying hay
in bales or rolls.
