The exemption under clause 19 of a person using, or causing or permitting the use of, a combination carrying an overseas export freight container is subject to the following conditions:(a) the combination must be a tandem-drive prime mover with a single tri-axle trailer;(b) all the axles of the combination except for the steer axle of the truck must be equipped with road-friendly suspension;(c) all axle groups, other than the steer axle, must be fitted with dual tyres;(d) the freight container must contain perishable commodities being transported for the purpose of export overseas;(e) each freight container must be accompanied by documentation specifying (i) the origin and destination of the container; and(ii) the nature of the commodity in the container; and(iii) the container identification number;(f) the combination must not exceed the mass limits set out in the following table:
