A person must not use, or cause or permit the use of, a vehicle or combination carrying more than one large indivisible item unless the vehicle or combination, including its load, complies with Subdivision 3 of Division 2 of Part 2 .

Penalty:  In the case of –

(a) a first offence – 20 penalty units; and

(b) a second or subsequent offence – 40 penalty units.
