For the purposes of warning other road users, the Commission may require a vehicle or combination subject to an exemption under this Part to be –

(a) accompanied by one or more pilot vehicles in accordance with Schedule 3 ; and

(b) fitted with one or more warning lights or one or more signs in accordance with Schedule 3 ; and

(c) accompanied by one or more escort vehicles.
