Regulation 108(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Traffic (Vehicle Loads and Dimensions) Regulations 1975 " from paragraph (b) of the definition of special-use vehicle and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 " .

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2001 by –

(a) deleting references to superseded regulations; and

(b) amending regulations in relation to warning lights and signs on buses carrying school children.
