VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) AMENDMENT (HEAVY VEHICLE) REGULATIONS 2014 (S.R. 2014, NO. 14) - REG 108

Regulation 140 amended (Stationary noise levels: other vehicles with diesel engines)

Regulation 140 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "motor vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;
(c) by omitting item 3 from the table in subregulation (2) ;
(d) by omitting item 6 from the table in subregulation (2) .
