Regulation 33 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting subregulation (1) and substituting the following subregulation:

(1)  A light vehicle must have firmly fitted a mudguard for each wheel or for adjacent wheels.

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) " subregulation (1)(a) " and substituting " subregulation (1) " ;

(c) by omitting subregulation (3) ;

(d) by omitting from subregulation (4)(b) "vehicle" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(e) by omitting from subregulation (5) "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light vehicle" .
