Regulation 74 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "motor vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(d) by omitting from subregulation (6)(a) "vehicle" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(e) by omitting from subregulation (7) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" .
