Regulation 94 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "motor vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "trailer" first occurring and substituting "light trailer" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (3)(b)(ii) "vehicle" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(d) by omitting from subregulation (3)(c) "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(e) by omitting from subregulation (4) "motor vehicle's" and substituting "light motor vehicle's" ;

(f) by omitting from subregulation (5)(a) "vehicle" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(g) by omitting from subregulation (5)(b) "vehicle" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(h) by omitting from subregulation (5)(c) "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(i) by omitting from subregulation (6) "prime mover" and substituting "light prime mover" ;

(j) by omitting from subregulation (6) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" .
