VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) AMENDMENT (HEAVY VEHICLE) REGULATIONS 2014 (S.R. 2014, NO. 14) - REG 8

Regulation 22 amended (Exception to compliance with ADRs: Motor Vehicle Standards Act)

Regulation 22 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light vehicle" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light vehicle" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "light vehicle" .
