VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) AMENDMENT (HEAVY VEHICLE) REGULATIONS 2014 (S.R. 2014, NO. 14) - REG 9

Regulation 23 amended (Partial exception to compliance with ADRs: personally imported vehicles)

Regulation 23(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "vehicle" second occurring from the definition of personally imported vehicle and substituting "light vehicle" .
