Regulation 121 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "vehicle" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(d) by omitting from subregulation (5) "vehicle with a GVM of not more than 4.5 tonnes" and substituting "light vehicle" ;

(e) by omitting from subregulation (6) "motor vehicle" and substituting "light motor vehicle" ;

(f) by omitting subregulations (7) and (8) .
