Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting item 6 and substituting the following:

6.	Annual registration fee under section 22 of the Act –
	(a) for primary registration	96
	(b) for secondary registration	48

(b) by omitting items 7 and 8 .

These regulations amend the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 1988 by –

(a) providing for a fee for secondary registration; and

(b) making a minor amendment consequential upon the Veterinary Surgeons Amendment Act 2001 .
