EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations, for the purposes of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1987  –

(a) specify certain matters relating to registration under that Act; and

(b) specify certain services that are not veterinary services under that Act; and

(c) rescind the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 2004 .
