WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2022 (S.R. 2022, NO. 109) - REG 113

Accreditation required to assess competency for high risk work licence

A person who is not an accredited assessor must not –
(a) conduct a competency assessment; or
(b) issue a notice of satisfactory assessment; or
(c) in any other way hold himself or herself out to be an accredited assessor.
