A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that electrical equipment is not used if the equipment –

(a) is required to be tested under regulation 150 ; and

(b) has not been tested.

Penalty:  In the case of –

(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $3 600; or

(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $18 000.
