(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must give the regulator written notice of any change in the information given in a notice under regulation 403 before the change or as soon as practicable after the person becomes aware of the change.Penalty: In the case of (a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $1 250; or(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $6 000.(2) The person must (a) keep a copy of the notice given to the regulator while the lead risk work is carried out at the workplace; and(b) ensure that a copy of the notice is readily accessible to a worker who is likely to be exposed to lead, and the worker's health and safety representative.Penalty: In the case of (a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $1 250; or(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $6 000.
