WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2022 (S.R. 2022, NO. 109) - REG 681
Decision on internal review
Within 14 days of making the decision on the internal review, the internal
reviewer must give the applicant written notice of – (a) the
decision on the internal review; and
(b) the reasons for the decision.
