(1)  A corresponding WHS law is prescribed for the purposes of 271(3)(c)(ii) of the Act.

(1A)  The following laws are prescribed for the purposes of section 271(3)(c)(ii) of the Act:

(a) Emergency Management Act 2006 ;

(b) Fire Service Act 1979 ;

(c) Ambulance Service Act 1982 ;

(d) Police Service Act 2003  –

if the information was obtained or the documents were accessed when a person was exercising a power or performing a function under Part 7.1 or Chapter 9 .
