WEED MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2001 (S.R. 2001, NO. 94) - REG 5

Schedule 1 amended (Tolerance levels of seeds in feed grains)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting

from the column headings and substituting:

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

Notified in the Gazette on 22 August 2001

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Weed Management Regulations 2000 by specifying that the tolerance level, in relation to the importation of a declared weed, means the maximum number of seeds in each kilogram of imported feed grain.
