A Bill for an Act to repeal the Ballarat City
Parishes Provisional Amalgamation Act 1999.

BALLARAT CITY PARISHES PROVISIONAL
AMALGAMATION (REPEAL) ACT 2002

Be it enacted by the Bishop the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Ballarat City Parishes Provisional Amalgamation (Repeal) Act 2002.

2. This Act comes into operation on 1 July, 2002.

3. The Ballarat City Parishes Provisional Amalgamation Act 1999 is hereby repealed, except as to any operation effected by or act done under the same or as to any right title to property obligation or liability already acquired or accrued thereunder.
