BE IT ENACTED by the Bishop, the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia within the Diocese of Ballarat in Victoria duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution Amendment (Section 10) Canon Assenting Act 2009.
   

Commencement

2. This Act comes into operation on the date on which it receives the assent of the Bishop.
   

Assent to Constitution Amendment (Section 10) Canon 2007

3. The Synod of the Diocese assents to the Constitution Amendment (Section 10) Canon 2007 of General Synod, a copy of which is set out in the Schedule.
