CLERGY AND STAFF SUPERANNUATION
SCHEME ACT 1988

1. The Bishop-in-Council which shall have power and be deemed always to have had power to enter in to any Scheme of Superannuation for the benefit of the Clergy and Staff of the Diocese of Ballarat which may be considered desirable for the purposes of this Act.

2. The Trustees of any such scheme shall be The Ballarat Diocesan Trustees.

3. The Bishop-in-Council may make regulations not inconsistent herewith for the effective control and management of any such scheme.
