GENERAL SYNOD CANONS ADOPTION ACT (NO. 1) 1998

Be it enacted by the Bishop, the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the General Synod Canons Adoption Act (No. 1) 1998.

2. The Synod hereby adopts the Canons of the General Synod set forth in the Schedules of this Act.

FIRST SCHEDULE: No. 1 1998 Bishop [Incapacity] Amendment Canon 1998

SECOND SCHEDULE: No. 13 1998 Canon concerning Services 1992

THIRD SCHEDULE: No. 14 1995 Canon concerning Confirmation 1992

FOURTH SCHEDULE: No. 15 1998 Canon concerning Oaths Affirmations Declarations and Assents 1992
