PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA Initiated in Assembly 6 May 2003 A BILL to amend the Attorney-General and Solicitor-General Act 1972 with respect to the qualifications for appointment to the office of Solicitor-General. Attorney-General and Solicitor-General (Amendment) Act 2003 The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows: 1. Purpose The purpose of this Act is to amend the Attorney- General and Solicitor-General Act 1972 with respect to the qualifications for appointment to the 5 office of Solicitor-General. 2.
