Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Board must give written notice in accordance with the regulations of a mediation to the complainant and the architect concerned setting out the time and place that the mediation will be held.
(2) A mediation must be held in relation to a complaint before the end of 28 days after the referral of the complaint to mediation.
