Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A body that immediately before the date of commencement of section 10 of the Architects (Amendment) Act 2004 was an approved architectural partnership under this Act must be taken to be an approved partnership under this Act.
(2) A body corporate that immediately before the date of commencement of section 11 of the Architects (Amendment) Act 2004 was an approved architectural company under this Act must be taken to be an approved company under this Act.
