Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn and from the commencement of section 8 of the State Electricity Commission Amendment Act 2024 , a reference to the State Electricity Commission of Victoria in this Act is a reference to the State Electricity Commission of Victoria in existence immediately before the commencement of that section.
