(1) The Secretary may, by notice in writing, require an applicant to supply extra information if that extra information is reasonably required to enable the Secretary to deal properly with the application.

(2) The Secretary may refuse to consider the application further until the extra information is supplied.

(3) An applicant who becomes aware of any material change to the information supplied in, or in relation to, the application must notify the Secretary.
Penalty: In the case of a corporation, 20 penalty units.
In any other case, 10 penalty units.
