Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a worker accepts an offer of settlement, the Authority or self-insurer must make the settlement payment within the time (if any) required by any direction of the Minister under section 119L.
(2) A settlement payment under this Division is a capital sum for loss of earning capacity.
