Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsWhere a worker is or appears to be entitled to costs and expenses in respect of an injury under this Act, and that injury has arisen out of the use of a motor car before the commencement of section 34 of the Transport Accident Act 1986 , the Authority, a self-insurer or an employer is not liable for any costs or expenses in respect of which the Transport Accident Commission may make payment under section 122 or 145 of the Transport Accident Act 1986 .
