ACCIDENT COMPENSATION ACT 1985 - SECT 263
Section 86 (Compensation for disease due to employment)
Section 86, as amended by section 3(7) of the amending Act, applies to all
injuries that occur on or after the date of commencement of section 3.
New s. 264 inserted by No. 95/2003 s. 23.
