Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSections 114 and 114B as amended by sections 20 and 21 of the Accident Compensation and Other Legislation (Amendment) Act 2006 apply in respect of any claim for weekly payments received by the Authority or a self-insurer on or after 1 January 2005, subject to the worker being otherwise entitled to receive weekly payments in accordance with this Act.
