Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSection 99(1)(aa), as amended by section 26 of the Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Acts Amendment Act 2007 , applies in respect of any claim for compensation made under that section after the commencement of section 26 of the Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Acts Amendment Act 2007 , irrespective of when the injury or death occurred.
