ACCIDENT COMPENSATION ACT 1985 - SECT 331
Section 92AA (Re-imbursement of expenses incurred by non‑dependant family members of a deceased worker)
Section 92AA, as inserted by section 69 of the amending Act, applies in
respect of deaths that occur on and from the commencement date.
