APPEAL COSTS ACT 1998 - SECT 25

Vacancies and resignations

    (1)     The office of a member becomes vacant if the member

        (a)     becomes an insolvent under administration; or

        (b)     is convicted of an indictable offence or an offence that, if committed in Victoria, would be an indictable offence.

    (2)     A member may resign by writing delivered to the Attorney-General.
