Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe entering into possession or assumption of control of any property of an incorporated association by a receiver or any other controller is declared to be an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of Part 3 of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 in relation to the provisions of Part 5.2 (Receivers, and other controllers, of property of corporations) of the Corporations Act subject to the following modifications—
(a) the modifications referred to in section 145;
(b) any applicable modifications referred to in section 154;
(c) any other modifications (within the meaning of Part 3 of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 ) prescribed by the regulations.
